SWScripts adds Kayako's eSupport software to better support existing and future customers.
Since keeping up with e-mail has been getting more and more difficult to do, we've elected to install the top-rated eSupport software from Kayako Infotech. eSupport is reknowned the world over as one of the best support ticket software packages. We're happy to offer the added flexibility and reliability that eSupport contributes.
With a built-in Knowledgebase and other features, it will only stand to improve our ability to answer customer and future-customer questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. It's been mated with the CubeCart database so your existing login credentials will work here. The Knowledgebase is understandably empty at the moment, but will be built up as we are able.
