I get an open_basedir or tempnam error.
Article
Ugggh....open_basedir is such a pain in the neck.
Ok, I've dealt with this a few times. If you'll look in the config.inc.php file within the BPM folder, you should find the following:
// $excelTemp -- If you have an open_basedir restriction which prevents the Excel class from
// from creating the files. Then set this to an appropriate path that the server
// can write to.
//$excelTemp = "/tmp";
Just uncomment the last line (by removing the double slashes). That *should* take care of the issue. But I've seen some servers which gripe about other things too. If you aren't comfortable making these changes, I'll gladly do it for you. Just provide FTP and Store Admin access info and I'll get it straightened out. Thanks!
